INCREDIBLE WEEKEND AT FAST TRAXX MOTOPLEX
By Shawna Bickley
Wow! What a weekend!! Perfect weather, Great People, and the track wasn ’ t bad either. Good job, Norm! The riders and their families started rolling in on Thursday . Setting up camp and preparing to ride. With a Friday open practice everyone was pumped up and ready to twist the throttle for the Loretta Lynn ’ s Area Qualifier. From local riders to as far away as Florida everyone had a laid back weekend ( the kids found time to work on their “ sweet jumps ” on the SX track and even kept cool by playing in the river) But more importantly the race ran right on time and everything ran smoothly. Everyone definitely enjoyed the weather.
There was bar to bar racing on a physically demanding track throughout Saturday and Sunday from the pro classes to the 65's and 50's. Adrian McCall 1 st followed by Hayden Justice in 2 nd. And finally for Saturday in the 51cc 7-8 Stk. Class Aaron Plessinger was #1 and Austin Littler came in 2 nd. Some results on Sunday were in the 50 cc OI were Kurtis Post who got #1 followed by Cannon Kilbarger who came in at a close 2 nd. In the 50cc 4-6 Ryan Saubier got 1 st and Kurtis Post came in 2 nd. In the 50cc 7-8 Aaron Plessinger was #1 and Shane Smallwood followed closely in 2 nd. In the 65 cc 7-11 non qual. Colin Thomas was #1 and coming in 1 st in the 65 cc mod. 7-11 It was Cooper Webb.
